Oak Street Homes began when the entire design team was asked to create the most efficient custom homes they could build without sacrificing quality, character and charm. These six designs evolved from some of our favorite homes, each with its own story.  The designers used their years of diverse experience to collaborate and thoughtfully curate the floorplans, elevations, and selections.  Each home is its own work of art.
