Interior Designer

As a child, Sara Hall spent endless hours arranging her dollhouse furniture and making floor plans with wooden blocks. Her love for design grew when her parents built a house and she spent time in their designer’s studio. She didn’t take the leap into her passion until after college, however, when doing some soul searching while living in Colorado—and we are sure thankful she did! It was after she staged a bedroom at a 2017 model home that we knew we wanted more than “selection coordination”—we wanted professional interior design as a permanent part of our team. Sara has now worked on over 60 custom Miller Marriott homes.

Sara has brought years of interior design experience with her, from both running her own business and working for a high-end retailer. She has since added design software and vendor/supplier management to her skill set. She strives to fully integrate the design and build processes with the goal of exceeding clients’ expectations. On any day you might find her at a job site, seeking out new design products and suppliers, pricing materials and labor, at a vendor with a client or laying out a fully curated home, all with the goal of a thrilled client.

Sara’s favorite design elements are the unique details each home possesses, such as the millwork detail or a special tile layout or pattern. She gravitates to the classic coastal shingle style and European homes. Sara balances her love of interior design with her first love, her family. She is happiest spending time with her husband, three children and animals. She loves traveling, watching her children’s sporting events, hiking and spending time outside.
