And she makes it all look so easy! It doesn’t matter what we throw Jessie’s way, she will handle it, handle it well and then find a way to do it even better. Jessie Henschel has been our Construction & Draw Specialist since April of 2022, and we already can’t imagine the Miller Marriott team without her. In the challenging world of fluctuating prices and supply and labor constraints, she seamlessly manages construction contracts, client pricing, bid solicitation, and order placement. Her attention to detail and professionalism contribute to the trust we place in her to manage draws of our clients’ money and coordinate with title companies.

Jessie is a licensed Real Estate agent and has an Economics degree from UW – Whitewater. Before joining the team, she was working with homes and real estate in different capacities. Most recently, Jessie was leading at a local title company where she proficiently managed a caseload of closing files and day-to-day operations. She has also reliably assisted with the sale and closing of relocating employees’ homes for a relocation company. Jessie understands how important the details are behind real estate and home transactions.

It is no surprise that Jessie applies the same attention to her family. You may spot her attending her son and daughter’s sporting events, attending concerts, traveling or snowmobiling in Northern Wisconsin. Her personal favorite home details are large front porches that create an inviting entry to a home, sunrooms that bring in natural light and wood ceiling details that warm up a space.
