Having lived in California, Massachusetts, and Arizona, Cait developed a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse environments and cultures. She pursued her education at Indiana University, earning a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Business. Her professional journey began at Kohl’s, where she worked in product development for one of the company’s women’s brands. This role honed her expertise in managing the needs of international vendors and cross-functional design and merchant partners. Cait is driven by intentionality, purpose, and a willingness to embrace challenges. Her decision to join Miller Marriott was fueled by an appreciation for timeless, high-quality homes and direct client relationships.

Cait finds deep fulfillment in connecting with clients throughout every stage of their home-building journey. From the initial inquiry calls—where she learns about their unique needs, dreams, and life stages—to walking lots and navigating the design process, every interaction fuels her passion. She takes pride in facilitating a transparent, joyful, and personalized experience, ensuring that the homes they create with Miller Marriott are not just functional and beautiful but also meaningful spaces for each client. Knowing that these homes will host cherished memories, life’s biggest moments, and countless gatherings motivates her daily and inspires her commitment to excellence in every detail.

Cait draws inspiration from a wide array of sources that enrich her creativity and outlook on life. Whether it’s spending time with family, diving into thought-provoking podcasts, exploring Pinterest, or hunting for treasures in antique and vintage shops, she finds joy in discovery. Farmers’ markets, flea markets, traveling, and immersing herself in books and magazines further fuel her imagination. She firmly believes that inspiration can be found everywhere – it simply requires an open mind and a curious spirit to uncover the beauty and ideas that surround us daily.
