Dan Holdman

Construction Project Manager

Dan has 27 years of experience in the industry, wearing many hats in new construction, remodeling, renovating, and construction management. As far back as Dan can remember, he wanted to be a carpenter. He was destined to work with his hands and build homes. A Wisconsin native, he began his career working on rough crews. As he grew his industry knowledge and experience working with finished carpenters, other skilled trades, various developers, and builders, his career naturally progressed into construction management.  He truly loves the industry and cannot imagine doing anything else. This explains his earned reputation for having very high standards and expectations of others while delivering quality homes, even as a “non-yeller.”

Dan is genuinely proud of what he does and finds building someone’s home to truly be an honor.  He thoroughly enjoys working closely with our clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to construct the client’s “home.” He appreciates how each home construction project reflects the individuality and lifestyle differences of the client. Dan believes in Miller Marriott’s quality and unique architecture and is pleased to be associated with timeless homes and neighborhoods that will be revered for decades.

Outside of making a difference for our clients and building beautiful homes, you will find Dan, a husband and father of four, spending time with his family attending school activities, baseball games, or boating and fishing in Northern Wisconsin. He and his wife have a remarkable perspective on the importance of family and what is important in life.
