Construction Manager

Every home Dave Draeger has built is personal to him. Over the last 25 years, he has cared about every project as if he were building it for his own family. Dave has been our lead Construction Manager since 2017, responsible for managing and scheduling all of our construction projects from excavation to completion. He is the focal point for subcontractors and clients during construction, and loves every bit of that responsibility.

Dave began in the construction industry when he was just 16 years old. Fascinated with how homes were built, he spent every summer and school break learning about construction. His BS in Construction Management from UW-Stout allowed him to pursue commercial, industrial, or road construction but his passion for residential construction could not be denied. Dave now has over 25 years of experience in residential construction management, from multi-family and starter homes to condos, renovations, and full custom homes.

Each Miller Marriott home has a special place in his heart, from our famous beadboard foyer ceilings, wainscotting details and mill-made stairs, to our unforgettable exterior elevations that separate us from everyone else. When not with his “Miller Marriott family,” Dave is dedicated to his family. You will usually find him at various kids sporting events, visiting his parents in Florida or spending time on North Lake where he grew up.
