We’re a growing family operation led by husband and wife Chris and Kirsten Miller and supported by a deeply talented group of in-house licensed architects, interior designers, and seasoned construction managers. We are on the lookout for conscientious, skilled, and motivated professionals to join our growing team.

Current Opportunities:

We are looking for assistance in the design build process for on our growing team.

  • 20-30 hrs week in Delafield office
  • Work closely with entire team
  • Manage permitting & approvals
  • Manage various internal & external communications

Applicants for this position should have prior experience in residential construction management and requires the ability to be self-sufficient while managing multiple clients in various stages of the construction process.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehension of building plans
  • Knowledge of planning and forecasting construction schedules
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
  • Cross functional logistics coordination
  • High degree of communication with clients & subcontractors
  • Skilled in problem solving & resourcing on the job
  • Ensuring work meets building code & quality standards

Preferred

  • 5+ years experience working in residential construction
