Current Opportunities:
Part-time Design Build Administrator
We are looking for assistance in the design build process for on our growing team.
- 20-30 hrs week in Delafield office
- Work closely with entire team
- Manage permitting & approvals
- Manage various internal & external communications

Construction Manager
Applicants for this position should have prior experience in residential construction management and requires the ability to be self-sufficient while managing multiple clients in various stages of the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Comprehension of building plans
- Knowledge of planning and forecasting construction schedules
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and details simultaneously
- Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
- Cross functional logistics coordination
- High degree of communication with clients & subcontractors
- Skilled in problem solving & resourcing on the job
- Ensuring work meets building code & quality standards
Preferred
- 5+ years experience working in residential construction
